JESUS “If anyone wishes to follow Me as My disciple, he must deny himself setting aside selfishness, and take up his cross expressing a willingness to endure whatever may come as a result of believing in Me. Because if you try to hang on to your life selfishly in this world, you will lose everything. But if you give up your selfish life for My sake and for the sake of the Gospel's Good News, you will save it from the consequences of sin and separation from God in Hell. And so what will you benefit if you gain the whole world with all its possessions and pleasures, yet at the end forfeit your eternal soul to Hell? Is anything worth more than your soul and eternal life in God’s kingdom?"
