2 Timothy 3:1-5 "But rather mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disrespectful to their parents, ungrateful, unholy. They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control. They will be cruel and hate what is good. They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God. Holding to a form of outward religious acknowledgement, yet they will deny its power by their conduct wich nullifies their claim of faith. Avoid such people and keep far away from them."
2 Peter 2:3, "In their greed they will make up clever lies to get hold of your money. But God condemned them long ago, and their destruction will not be delayed."
