(2 Timothy 4:3-5 AMP) For the time will come when most people will no longer tolerate sound and accurate good news and instruction that challenges them with God’s word; but instead wanting to have their ears filled with something sensual, they will accumulate for themselves many false teachers, chosen to satisfy their own desires and support the lies they have chosen to believe. They will turn their ears away from the truth and will wander off into evil myths and man-made fictions, accepting the unacceptable. But as for believers in Jesus Christ, be clear-headed in every situation, remaining calm, steady and cool. Enduring every hardship without flinching, doing the work of an evangelist, fulfilling the duties of your ministry God has called you to perform.
