Sadly a half hearted walk with Christ in our youth can have  consequences for children (mine) who grow up loving the world and the things in it that perish, rather than the Son of God who in self sacrifice offers the power over sin & death, to eternal glory... More tragic the rejection of so great a salvation passed on to their children as well who after the age of accountability will have been taught only the lies of the world to follow the lost hating both God & parents on the highway to Hell...
* Nevertheless it is God who calls a person to salvation and can reach anyone (I'm proof) out of the greatest darkness, ignorance and dispare, back into the light of Jesus Christ's love and salvation before dieing in their sins. WHY it's so important to keep praying for them, children and grandchildren alike.
