This means that although the DNC socialist have gained control of the Lower-House for only 2 year terms, as they require re-election. Trump's GOP control of the Upper-House Senate (8 year terms) by comparison means Trump retains control over all court appointments and conformation, including the Supreme Court, With no need for Lower-House approval. Also only the Upper-House Senate can vote to impeach the President, while the Lower-House can only recommend it, (no real power only foam).
