Thanksgiving, a day once commonly
recognized as a celebration to Lord God Almighty for life and His
grace to overcome our trials and tribulations. But for so many today
Thanks Giving and Christmas is a depressing time because it reminds
them that they have separated themselves from any true belief in God
the father and His Son Jesus Christ. Preferring the dark false belief
of man's secularism and as a result separating themselves from the
light God's truth, grace, inner peace, hope and above all God's
unrequited love. As a true believer I understand and have experienced
first hand the depression a prodigal son or daughter suffers when
separated from their heavenly Father. The cure of-course is to humble
ourselves and seek the Lord in prayer daily in spirit and in truth.
Then ask the Lord Jesus Christ for forgiveness of all sin, and most
importantly believe that He will forgive and reward you with His Holy
Spirit changing you from the inside out to become a new person in
Christ and receive the power to overcome this live even death.

earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because
I have overcome the world.”
So
cast off this life's fear, depression, and hopelessness, just waiting
around for physical death to arrive one day without hope. Turn to
Christ and look forward to eternity by overcoming death and looking
forward to eternity through Jesus Christ who overcame death for us
all. Just like the song become an overcomer!
